From I-4:

  Take I-4 exit 25-A (192 east). Follow 192 to Hoagland Blvd and turn left. Proceed past the Osceola Square Mall. Venetian Bay  will 3/4 of a mile past the mall on the left side .

 From Orlando International Airport:

Take the Bee Line Expressway (528 WEST) to John Young Parkway (423 SOUTH) into Kissimmee. Make a right turn on Carroll Street. Proceed past the Kissimmee Utility Authority. Venetian Bay 2 miles ahead on your left.
